I arrived in Dublin from New York on a business trip for a few days in December 2011. During an afternoon off during my stay I was eager to treat some of the business contacts/new friends I had made to something different. One of the group who happens to be from Dublin suggested seeing Dublin by taxi. This was an excellent idea, our very own expert on Dublin history took us on a guided tour of his city. He was professional, knowledgeable, but also relaxed and with quick Irish wit, he made the whole experience very interesting and enjoyable. I would just like to say thank you to Declan, everyone enjoyed the experience, including Sean who said he learned more about his city in 2 hrs than he had in 30years. Great value also. I will definitely look you up on my next trip to Dublin. Brad

Great way to see Dublin with my family. Great value and the driver was very relaxed and interacted well with us all. Would definitely recommend it as a stress free way to see Dublin in all it’s glory.

What an excellent way to spend a few hours to see Dublin in all it’s glory. I will certainly be suggesting this way of seeing Dublin city when I return to Newcastle. The driver was excellent, suggested a few places for us to stop at, other than going to the Guiness site we left in in his hands. Very reasonably priced especially when compared to the other option of, various taxi’s and buses, then getting lost, and missing highlights when in an unfamiliar city.

This is an idea that would go down a storm in my native Manchester, there may be some but not that I am aware of. What better way to see a city than with your very own chauffeur/historian and this proved to be the case……….a great day was had by all the group, thank you very much.
